SAMPLE CHARGES

Actual cost of the samples plus
20% sample charge on the price of the samples (for designs picked from Shingora’s collection) non-refundable.
Fixed charge of USD 250.00 for special development (making of buyers original designs) refundable against a minimum order of 300 pieces of the design (in any color).

SAMPLE DELIVERY

Will be sent on freight collect courier or on buyers courier account.
Samples will be sent against advance SWIFT.

MINIMUMS FOR PRODUCTION

200 pieces in 50 cms width
200 pieces in 60 cms width
200 pieces in 70 cms width
150 pieces in 100 cms width
100 pieces in 150 cms width
50 pieces in 220 cms width
50 pieces in 250 cms width per color per design for woven styles.
50 pieces per color per design for printed styles.
25 pieces per color per design for piece dyed styles.
All products under 50 cms of width will have a cut and stitch hem or a leno selvedge.

SHIPPING TERMS

All shipments shipped will be through our clearing agent (unless under special circumstances or as per final negotiations). Port for Air Shipment will be New Delhi and Port for Sea Shipment will be Mumbai.

LEAD TIMES

For Sampling 30 days and for Production depending upon quantities, anywhere from 60 to 90 days.

PRICING INFORMATION

All prices quoted will be on FOB New Delhi basis unless asked on other basis.
Price includes machine stitched basic care composition and country of origin (where required) label and worthy export packing in cartons for single shipping address and testing reports from the in house laboratory.
Any special testing, labeling, tagging, packaging, shipping will be charged extra. For brand/special labels that are made through us we will charge a minimum of USD 50.00 for upto 1000 labels (minimum quantity that can be made) and multiples thereof.

Copyright protection of the designs
Wool mark label
Exclusivity of the design for the selling season in the country of sale
25% reduction in the minimum quantities for production

PAYMENT TERMS

Confirmed Irrevocable Letter of Credit where Air Way Bill will be to the order of the Bank.
OR
30% Advance by SWIFT and 70% on Documents against payment basis (DP), and Air Way Bill will be in the name of the Bank.
