The above policy is realized in following way:
- Testing as per Quality Testing Plan & customer
requirement & Product Analysis:
All incoming Raw Materials & Accessories, Semi Finished &
Finished goods are tested & Product analysis are also done.
Also testing are also done from outside agencies like MTL, ITS,
SGS, Textile Committee etc

Test conducted Inhouse
Yarn Count, Moisture Regain/ Content, Yarn Appearance, Shade Matching,
Total Fatty Matter %, Color Fastness to rubbing/ crocking, Laundering/
washing, Dimensional stability to Dry Cleaning, Laundering, Appearance
after dry cleaning, washing, Fiber Content/ Composition, pH Level ,
Defect Analysis, Fabric Construction, Fabric Weight (g.s.m.) etc.
- Inspection as per Quality Inspection Plan &
customer requirement:
All incoming Raw Materials & Accessories, in process
(Semi-finished product), In process (Finished product), Final
Inspection as per 4-Point System & Acceptable Quality Level
(AQL)
We have good established inspection facilities, to check the
product at various stages enable to take timely actions by
production personnel to minimize / eliminate the quality
deviations in finished product by using statistical Process
control's Tools and Techniques.
- Quality Audit:
Before Production, in process (Semi-finished goods), in process
(Finished goods) audits are done.
- Quality Circle:
Raw Material Store Section, Weaving Section, Dyeing Section,
Finishing Section, Mending/ Clipping Section, Pre-Packing &
Final Packing Section, Stitching/ Labeling Section, Designing
Section, Merchandising Section.
- Statistical Quality Control Techniques & Tools:
Tally Sheet, Check Sheet, Pareto chart & Diagram, Cause &
effect Diagram, Histogram, Root Cause Analysis/ Brain storming,
Graph/ Control Chart
- Eco- friendly Products:
To assure that our finished products do not entail a risk to
health & safety, we maintain an effective quality assurance
system.
